We are re-confirming the contacts for the 2006 Midwest Edition now, but unfortunately it won't be released untill this summer (June).

As a solution to this problem, we have decided to send a FREE electronic version of the 2005-2006 Midwest Edition to everyone who pre-orders the 2006 Midwest Edition now. The electronic version will be sent to you via email within one business day, and a physical copy of the 2006 edition will be mailed to you this summer once it's released.

Your electronic version will be emailed to you by the end of the next business day.
